With paid parking, parking is done according to your goals. There are always enough parking spaces for your customers and staff.

Can a housing company also get money?

Housing companies have the opportunity to get one more source of income, just like everyone else. In addition to traditional resident spaces tied to rent or remuneration, guest spaces can be made chargeable, for example. You can get started with just a couple of spaces.

If parking is chargeable, for example:

on weekdays from 16:00 to 24:00 and costs 0.50 €/h

on Saturdays from 18:00 to 24:00 and costs 0.50 €/first two hours, after which it is 1.00 €/h

In addition to the parking peace, the housing company can potentially cover the costs of sanding in winter, for example, just with parking.

Shopping center
