If your privacy protection request concerns e.g. our reclamation policy or photos taken of your vehicle, you can find the complaint you have filed and all the photos of your vehicle in our reclamation system. Log in to the system with your vehicle’s registration number and control fee case number.

We ask that you fill out the attached form in its entirety so that your data protection request can be processed. If you wish, you can also make a data protection request in another way, for example by email to the address tietosuoja@parkkipate.fi

We respond to all inquiries or requests regarding data protection as soon as possible, but no later than one month after the request was made.
